Dimension HR for one of the largest companies in Albania that manufactures and markets non-alcoholic soft drinks is looking to recruit candidates for the vacant position:

EXECUTIVE FINANCIAL ANALYST/CEO



MAIN ROLE REQUIREMENT:

Facilitate the effective, fast and complete execution of the processes, activities and projects pertaining to the CEO.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• More specifically, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Coordinate/organize the work teams dedicated to the main Project open in the company.
• Prepare the CEO meetings with the work teams by facilitating the preliminary development of solutions/insights shared among the participants.
• Monitor the progress of the projects and activities of the CEO and update the related to do list and priority ranking.”
• Interact with the internal contacts of all company functions and process owners – Collect information/data necessary for the projects/activities followed by the CEO
• Solicit output delivery to internal and external functions/roles involved in projects/activities.
• Responsible to design and implement integrated system Revenue Growth Management approaches and plans to support topline revenue growth and margin expansion by better targeting all key stakeholders (Consumers and Customers) inclusive of revenue pools, bold occasion, brand, package, price, and channel approaches to drive assortment, innovation, value to market, price terms and conditions.
• Provide Baseline for each promotion as request from Sales, Marketing and Key Account, and also support collaboration between departments to help drive frameworks on how to incorporate central strategy in local market execution.
• Provide ROI calculation for each Promotion pre post promotion with recommendation for proper plan and improvement.
• Provide the GM with reports/kpi’s functional to decisions and execution and report the key/critical points to be addressed and/or explored with specific focus during meetings, improvement actions and next steps.
• Prepare the necessary information and communication supports (e.g., presentations)
• Identify functional/useful contacts and external interlocutors for the CEO tasks/projects and take care of the relationship.
• Process and Support collaboration between departments to help drive frameworks on how to incorporate central strategy in local markets execution
• Update PERT/GANTT of CEO projects

Job requirements regarding Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• University Degree in: Business Administration, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering
• Preferred Requirement: MBA, master’s in project management
• 3/5 years in project leader/program manager roles within business consultancy firms (preferably in the big 4) or complex business realities organized by projects or IT consultancy firms focused on the implementation and development of ERP or process automation

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Project management

• Finance and economic-financial indicators with management value
• ICT knowledge: Office package, CRM, Dynamics Navision, videoconferencing systems and remote work
• Fluency in Italian & English
