Testing Specialist

Purpose of the position: Responsible for testing within deadlines the IT products and service implementation.

Main Tasks:

• Analysis and Compilation of User Acceptance Test Document according to business requirements.
• Execution of functional, regression and integration tests (end user). End to end tests in QA/Production Environments.
• Document Test Phase Results in QA/Production environments.
• Reporting bugs to Development Teams and Error Tracking up to resolution.
• Support business and technical teams with End User Manuals (in case a New Functionality is introduced).
• Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize testing efforts, and communicate testing status and results.

Education: Degree in (Bachelor/Master) Management Information System Computer Science or Telecommunication.

Experience and Qualifications: At least 1 years of experience in telecommunication sector.

Skills:

• Very good understanding of Telecommunication services.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle, MS SQL.
• Very good command of English and Albanian languages.
• Ability to work under pressure and with high workload.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
• Hands-on experience in developing automated testing scripts utilizing Selenium IDE and Python.
