We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecom Engineer with proven experience in Fix Network (maintenance or installation), who is ready to take on the challenges of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Telecom Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Install, configure, and maintain fixed network equipment and infrastructure.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues in the field and remotely.
Monitor and analyze network performance, ensuring optimal service availability.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Prepare technical documentation and activity reports in line with company standards.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to deliver projects successfully.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience required: (Include Professional / Technical and Personal Attributes)
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Fix Network maintenance and/or installation.
Strong technical knowledge of telecom equipment, standards, and network technologies.
Practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication skills and readiness to interact with clients and partners.
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Driver’s license and willingness to travel when required.
