Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to coordinate and optimize the performance of Advertising activities. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of targets.

Your Role:
  • Supervise, train, coach, and motivate the team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
  • Organize regular meetings to define objectives, monitor progress, and address challenges.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to improve performance and achieve established KPIs.
  • Analyze results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and correct execution of processes.
  • Provide direct reporting to the HQ team in Germany in English.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the team and management.
  • Prepare performance reports, monitor results, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Manage conflicts and operational issues within the team.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to work effectively.
  • Implement strategies and processes to improve overall team performance.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience, preferably in digital advertising, performance marketing, or the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs, data analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate, train, and guide a team toward concrete goals.
  • Experience in process improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Additional information

Place of work: Dritan Hoxha – Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana

Working hours: Monday to Friday, full time 09:00-18:00
