Key Responsibilities:
- Be the link between customers and engineers.
- Recruit engineers for your assigned UK area.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers.
- Work during out-of-hours and earn extra pay for day-offs.
- Excellent english, spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to recruit and manage a local engineer team.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours.
