I. Job Description:

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing qualified candidates for permanent positions in Switzerland, primarily in the IT/Engineering, photovoltaic, and medical sectors.

II. Responsibilities:

• Active sourcing of candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, social networks, CV databases, etc.
• Contacting potential candidates via Inmail and other communication methods.
• Conducting video interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills.
• Preparation and submission of comprehensive candidate files.
• Close collaboration with the team in Switzerland to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with Swiss employment standards and regulations.
• Maintaining a candidate database and tracking applications in the ATS.

III. Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English and French OR English and German (proficiency in other European languages is an asset).
• Strong research and candidate sourcing skills.
• Ability to conduct quality video interviews and assess technical skills.
• Knowledge of European markets, especially in the IT, photovoltaic, and medical fields.
• Understanding of international recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and professional social networks.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

IV. Ideal Qualifications:

• Degree in human resources, industrial psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in international recruitment, preferably in the IT, engineering, photovoltaic, or medical sectors.
• Knowledge of Swiss immigration regulations and procedures is an advantage.

• Achieve sourcing and interview goals.
• Adhere to recruitment and file transmission deadlines.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with candidates and clients.
