Kalaja Talent Consulting is hiring a Area Manager.

Managing shop performance indicators for the area of responsibility specifically: sales results and profit
as according to the budget set.
The Area Manager is responsible for organizing and overseeing the operations of a number of stores.

He/ She will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store
managers, and ensuring they are attained.
Effective area managers are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. They have a
strategic mindset and are excellent leaders.
The goal of the Area Manager is to ensure that our stores will meet and exceed expectations of business
development and efficiency.

Detyrat​

Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals decided
by the company;
 Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget;
 Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines;
 Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions;
 Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it;
 Report to senior executives on progress and issue;
 Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition;

 Develop and maintain communication processes with other departments in order to develop
marketing and commercial plans, which help to meet the objectives of the covered area;
 Organize the work according to the structures and procedures oriented by the result;
 To work closely with various departments of the company ,as necessary for solving problems
related to points of sale;
 To control the effectiveness of the personnel at the shops; monitor management and network staff
- development;
 To Identify, in cooperation with store managers internal potential candidates and to serve as a
promoter of growth to quality toward customer service;
 Market monitoring and market analysis;
 Achievement of various KPI targets of store performance;
 Expansion of the network in coordination with high management;
 Plan to ensure achievement of sectors and personal target, aligning with company sales policies
and strategies;
 Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the Client Advisor to develop their skill to ensure
that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met;
 Manage Client Advisor team to ensure targets are delivered through people management,
performance review, reward and individual recognition;
 Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove
business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction.

Kualifikimet​

Bachelor degree (MBA preferred);
 Fluent in English language (spoken and written);
 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar positions
 Result-oriented person;
 Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines;
 Excellent problem-solving abilities;
 High level of time management skills;
 Excellent professional communication skills;
 Excellent organizational and leadership abilities;
 Very good analytical and reporting skills;
