Eurolab Internacional Grup, exclusive importer and distributor of international Premium Brands, because of expanding its activity is looking to hire:
Senior Human Resources Specialist .

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Achieving the HR objective: Support the department to achieve 2 main goals: recruitment and employer branding.
2. Recruitment: Follows all the steps of the employee recruitment process, including the publication of job announcements on online job sites, professional platforms such as LinkedIn, contacting potential candidates through Linkedin, selecting CVs, organizing, conducting interviews, communication with recruitment agencies, presentation of financial offer and company conditions to selected candidates.
3. Relationship with employees: Holds periodic meetings with employees for their problems, their satisfaction at work or for problems related to compliance with the regulation.
4. Leaving employees: Follows the process of leaving employees, conducts exit interviews with them, follows the process of handing over jobs.
5. Job fairs: Represents the company in the various job fairs that take place in the country, increasing its visibility in the market.
6. Implementation of the Human Resources System: Supports the department in the process of implementing the Human Resources system.
7. Reports: Reports periodically according to the department's internal formats.
8. Performs other duties as required by the company, in accordance with labour legislation.

Qualifications and requirements:
1. Higher education, legal background is preferred.
2. To have more than 5 years of work experience in the profession.
3. Very good knowledge of labor legislation.
4. Knowledge of spoken and written English is an advantage.
5. Excellent coordination and teamwork skills.
6. Outstanding communication and cooperation skills.
