Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying and acquiring new landlord clients. This role involves reaching out to property owners, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals to expand our portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to prospective landlords through cold calls, inbound calls, and networking
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to understand their needs
- Present and explain property management solutions to potential clients
- Close deals and onboard new landlords, ensuring a seamless transition into our services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to onboard properties
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Track record of successfully closing deals
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary
- Uncapped commissions

Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Full Time)
