About the Position:
We’re looking for a hungry, smart, and reliable SDR / Cold Caller who’s excited to jump on the phones, talk to real decision-makers, and drive opportunities for our clients. This is a full-cycle SDR role with a strong initial focus on outbound dialing, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Call outbound leads provided to you — no need to build your own lists
- Use scripts and prompts tailored to each campaign and client provided by us.
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Book meetings
- Log call activity and lead details into our CRM or client systems
- Provide daily reporting and updates to the team
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or call center environments
- Confident phone presence, strong English speaking skills
- Ability to think on your feet and improvise when necessary
- Self-starter, motivated, and consistent
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Bonus: Experience selling B2B services, SaaS, or eCommerce solutions
