Sales Account Managers needed for our Tirana offices!
We are a global company, opening our offices in Tirana, Albania, and we need Sales Account Managers to join our team!
We will be establishing both our companies in Albania, GoalWalker
– Online Profesional Coaching Services and Empire Refund – Assisting clients who have been scammed on the financial market or any other way online.

We are known for being people focused and are looking for account managers to join our team in Tirana, Albania to be part of a great international team!
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain services value.
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company services.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Identifying industry trends.
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
Related experience be preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Albanian.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Excellent active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
Work schedule
Monday to Friday – 10:00 to 19:00

Base Salary
- 300$ per month / 32,000 ALL
- First 3 months you will get extra $200 / 21,500 ALL
- For sales 0-10k$ you will get 2% of the value won
- For sales 10k-25k$ you will get 3% of the value won
- For sales 25k-50k$ you will get 5% of the value won
- For sales 50k- 100k$ you will get 6% of the value won
- For sales 100k$+ you will get 7% of the value won
- First place comapany (periods calculated involve 1 to 10th; 11th to 20th; 20th to 31st) you will get 200$ / 21,500 ALL bonus
- Firs place for the whole month you will get double base salary (extra 300$ / 32,000 ALL)
