Retail Reporting Specialist

Purpose of the position: Retail Reporting Specialist prepare relevant reports of the department.

Main Tasks:
  • Tracks, collects, organizes and reports of Retail Departments related to achievements and renumerations.
  • Check and follow up the target achievements platform (STA) and ensure correctness.
  • Prepare different reports, P&L, contests etc.
  • Set targets in the respective system and check correctness.
  • Communicates, consults and cross checks with Finance departments teams so he/she ensures the accuracy and consistency of data and reports.
  • On request prepares ad Hoc reports related to achievements and sales performance of the Retail Network.
  • Prepares respective tests for sales network regarding commercial policy.
  • Other Duties as needed.
Education: University degree

Experience and Qualifications: At least 1 years of previous experience on the field.

Skills:
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
  • Very good communications skills.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Ability to offer sound and fast solutions, and to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Available to work overtime.
