🌎 Remote Junior Recruiter (U.S. Hours)

NewConfig is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and coordinating with candidates for a wide range of roles. You’ll work closely with our team and hiring managers to ensure top-tier talent is placed efficiently and effectively.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in recruitment while working remotely and growing within a supportive team environment.

Requirements​

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (8 AM – 4 PM EST, Monday to Friday)
  • Previous recruiting or sourcing experience is a plus but not required
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer

Compensation & Growth Path​

  • Base Rate: $4 per hour (40 hours/week)
  • Commission Structure:
    • $150 per successfully staffed position
    • Once 8 hires are made in a calendar year: commission increases to $200/position
    • Once 18 hires are made in a calendar year: commission increases to $500/position
  • Annual Salary Increases:
    • $1/hour raise after completing 1 year
    • $0.50/hour raise every year thereafter
  • Payment Details
    • Payments are issued every 2 weeks
    • Choose between USD or Euros
    • Payment Methods: RIA or MoneyGram
