International product IT company specializing in the development and maintenance of high-load projects for large enterprises, primarily online services, is looking for a Regional Researcher (Albania).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct local marketing and user research;
- Collect and analyze market information, including user preferences and the competitive landscape;
- Translate and adapt materials with consideration for Albania's cultural and linguistic specifics;
- Monitor local trends and competitor activities;
- Support communication with local partners and participate in research initiatives;
- Collaborate with the country manager and analytics team to generate insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Albanian and Russian;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and independence;
- Confident PC and office software user;
- Ability to quickly learn new areas and work in a dynamic environment;
- A degree in marketing, economics, or a related field will be an advantage.
