Promotion Agent
Promotion of ONE Albania products and services in different cities of the country.
Main Tasks:
- Advertise products and services through door to door, promotion booths, leaflets distribution.
- Responsible for presenting products and services of the company correctly to current and prospective customers.
- Responsible for attending regularly and precisely the daily/weekly/monthly schedule, flexible to adapt with its rapid changes.
- Responsible for inventory and handover to the responsible unit.
- Responsible for fulfilling the correct respective documentation for assigned contracts and deliver them to archive according to procedures and regulations of the company.
- Follows instructions, identifies and records any service quality problems, regarding costumer complaints, and take preventive and corrective actions, according to the procedures and regulations of the company.
- Follow-up for collection of payments and deposits the collected amounts of cash in the bank, according to procedures and regulations of the company.
- Responsible for data entering and data modification in Customers Management System (Address, phone number, etc).
Experience and Qualifications: Similar experience in a relevant position.
Skills:
- Customer oriented person.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Able and willing to work in team and to travel at any time.
