PROJECT MANAGER- SECURITY​

Background

TCN is a System Integrator operating in Albania, Western Balkans, in other countries and NATO locations. In the context of business enhancing in Security and Public Safety domains, we shall employ experienced PROJECT MANAGER, able to perform independently and efficiently and lead the operational activities of the company in an international environment. TCN is looking for challenging and ambitious professionals with leadership capabilities, willing to boost their career.

Activity Location: Based in Albania, short term international engagement in EU or other Countries

Nationality: NATO Country. Kosova

Operational language: English, Albanian

BASIC-COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:

University Master Degree in electronic engineering, telecommunications, computer engineering, industrial engineering, or similar,

10 years of work experience, after completing of university studies; at least 8 years in technology related organizations

3 years of Project Management;

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Ability to drive business initiative; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; managerial and organizational capabilities;

Ability to work independently;

Ability to integrate into multicultural environments

International Travel availability. Driving License

PREFERED-COMPETENCIES:

Experience with Electro-Optic Systems, video surveillance and/or drones

ITIL and/or PMP and/or PRINCE2 Certification

Very good Negotiation capabilities
