AGRIMATCO is a unique international agricultural distribution company, operating in more than 50 countries. Our areas of activity include distribution and sales of crop protection, fertilizers, seeds, agricultural tools, irrigation and veterinary products.

We are looking for a new colleague in Agrimatco (AMC) Albania, who will successfully take challenging role of Sales Director.

What you will do:

• Sales:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers for each sales lead in the sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer visits by acquiring new and existing customers to discuss their needs.
• Establish and maintain updated information of the marketplace, customer, and competitor insights.
• Leadership:
• Lead and direct the Sales Representatives, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.
• Manage Sales forecasting in line with the company business plan.
• Monitor the sales performance, revenue growth, collection activities, margins, and expenses.
• Supervise price and credit terms setting.
• Strategy:
• Oversee product research and development according to market trends and customers’ demand.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that the sales “inputs” and “outputs” are compatible with the sales objectives, customers’ expectations, and timelines.
• Manage price quotations and discounts rate with the General Manager.
• Process and follow up on invoicing of orders, customer credits and payments.

If you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agri-Business and Business Administration, or any related field;
• 5+ years in the sales management roles;
• Experience in agribusiness is strong advantage;
• Conversational level of English language is a must;
• Native in Albanian language;
• Ability to travel countrywide and some international;
• Leadership Skills;
• Planning and Organizing Skills.
• Results Orientation;
• Computer and analytical skills (Microsoft Office).
