Part-Time Analyst in Deals
Location: Remote
Hours: Project based
Compensation: Project based

I am looking for an exceptional analyst to support deal analysis and underwriting. Main responsibilities include:

- FS recast
- EBITDA addbacks
- Working Capital analysis
- Proof of cash
- Running ratios
- Client-ready memos

For underwriting engagement, it is required a very fast (10-12 hours) turnaround time once the documentation is made available. The projects usually take 4-5 hours to complete as the model is already built, simply needs updating based on deal specifics. The compensation for each project is $30 and there are 1-2 underwriting projects per week. For full due diligences, the compensation and hours will depend on the engagement and deal size. Minimum compensation is $100 per deal.
