Location: Tirana
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CEO to lead and grow our real estate business. The
successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s strategy,
overseeing operations, driving business development, managing investments, and ensuring
financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall business strategy and growth initiatives.
Identify and evaluate real estate investment and development opportunities.
Oversee company operations, financial performance, and project execution.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, partners, and
authorities.
Manage and develop the senior management team.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
Requirements
Proven senior leadership experience in real estate, property development, investment,
or construction.
Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated track record in business growth and project delivery.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an advantage.
