Job position: Customs Coordinator

Department: Logistics

Location: Tirana


This position is responsible for daily management in accordance with the general policies of the company. Maintains continuous communication with the Logistics Manager, Customs Agency, Tirana Customs, Dept. Finance, CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Notify the Customs Agency at the Border for the arrival of Imported Goods/appliances.
  • Carrying out customs actions for the clearance of Goods at the Customs of Tirana.
  • Reporting of customs expenses to the Finance department.
  • Maintaining contacts with border points regarding our customs procedures.
  • Protection of the company's interests in the field of customs.
Qualifications:
  • University Degree.
  • To have work experience in similar positions.
  • To have knowledge of fiscal legislation.
  • To have a very good knowledge of the programs of the Microsoft Office package as well as the program.
  • Very good knowledge of the English language.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Systematic and organized.
  • Ability to work in a group.
  • Motivational skills.
