Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate ideas into functional, visually appealing user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and final high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Prepare visual assets, edit graphics, and handle layout tasks using Adobe tools to support product interfaces.
- Maintain consistency by applying and expanding our existing brand guidelines and design systems.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, senior team members, and clients.
- Foundational or intermediate knowledge of Figma (or similar UI tools).
- Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation and image editing.
- Solid understanding of core UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) principles.
- A portfolio showcasing personal, academic, or conceptual design projects.
- Strong communication skills and self-discipline needed for a productive remote workflow.
- Openness to receiving constructive feedback and a strong desire to learn.
- Good command of the English language (for internal communication and documentation).
- 100% Remote work flexibility (work from anywhere in Albania).
