Junior Digital Marketing Assistant (Entry-Level)
We're looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Assistant based in Tirana to join a small, fast-growing marketing team working with UK and US clients.
This role is ideal for someone recently out of university or at the very beginning of their marketing career who wants real experience, proper training, and clear progression.
What you'll be doing:
> Helping create and schedule content (mainly LinkedIn)
> Supporting Google Ads tasks (research, ad copy drafts, basic reporting)
> Organizing marketing assets and spreadsheets
> Quality checks on ads, landing pages, and content
> Learning how real lead-generation campaigns are built and managed
What we are looking for:
> Marketing degree or related field (or final-year student)
> Fluent English (you'll be working with international clients)
> Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
> Interested in digital marketing, advertising, and online growth
Training & growth:
> Full onboarding and step-by-step training
> Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and lead generation
> Clear responsibilities (not just "admin work")
> Performance reviews with salary increases based on progress
Salary & details:
€400–€500 per month (depending on skills and English)
