Customer Support - CS/Fraud Department
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our CS/Fraud department. This candidate will be responsible for managing reviews on major portals such as Trustpilot and managing customer communications through tools such as Freshdesk and Zendesk.
Responsibilities:
Respond to and manage customer reviews on online platforms such as Trustpilot, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Use customer support tools (Freshdesk and Zendesk) to monitor, manage, and resolve customer inquiries.
Manage and resolve any fraud or complaint-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive complete and accurate responses.
Monitor and report review trends, suggesting actions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the digital or e-commerce sector.
Working knowledge of support tools such as Freshdesk and Zendesk.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving aptitude and ability to manage sensitive situations.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of review platforms such as Trustpilot.
Preferred skills
Experience in managing fraud or payment-related issues.
Knowledge of other customer support platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
