Position Requirements:
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, etc.
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks,
· Providing technical support across the company,
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary,
· Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems,
· Implement security measures, monitor security certificates, and company compliance to the requirements in force,
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required. Master’s degree is preferable,
· 2+ years of experience in similar positions,
· Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming,
· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Efficient troubleshooting abilities,
· Good organization, time management and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with students, colleagues and outside parties required,
· Fluency in English language, knowledge of Turkish language is an advantage.
