Full-time (8h), Monday to Friday
Duration: 3 months (paid internship, with potential for employment upon successful completion)
As an Intern IT Support at ATIS, you will gain valuable exposure to IT operations and develop essential technical skills in a software development environment.

As an Intern IT Support at ATIS, you will gain valuable exposure to IT operations and develop essential technical skills in a software development environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Guarantee proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment, hardware installations as well as computer maintenance.
- Document work processes/network support activities;
- Inventorying company's computer assets;
- Provide technical training and support for employees;
- You have basic technical knowledge of computer networks and PC devices;
- You have basic technical knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, computer security configuration, monitoring or troubleshooting of computers, network devices, and other peripheral devices;
- You have knowledge of software installations, web hosting and maintenance techniques ;
- You are communicative, resourceful and solution oriented.
- Take ownership and hold themselves and others accountable for delivering results that matter;
