Role Overview
We're looking for a Warehouse Specialist who will take full ownership of our warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and safe handling of office equipment. All these activities are critical to delivering the best service to our clients.
What You'll Do
Receive, inspect, and record incoming equipment and supplies
Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels in the system
Prepare and dispatch orders for delivery, coordinating with drivers and service teams
Perform regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records
Ensure proper labeling, coding, and storage of products for easy identification
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure documentation accuracy
Report on warehouse performance and suggest process improvements
What We're Looking For
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
✔ Education in Economics, Logistics, or related field preferred
✔ Strong organizational and coordination skills
✔ Basic technical knowledge of printers/copiers is a plus
✔ Proficiency in inventory management systems or MS Excel
✔ Ability to handle equipment safely
