Graphic Designer

We are a European start-up building a digital platform that profiles events and institutions across culture, tourism, lifestyle, fashion, society, business, and more. We connect stories, places, and organizations shaping public life across Europe.

The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help design a magazine and other brand publications for our European platform. You’ll produce print layouts and digital collateral (including commercial and e-commerce materials), working closely with our editorial team.

  • Contract to start, with the option to evolve into long-term collaboration.
  • Reporting to: Head of Content
  • Work setup: Remote or office-based in Tirana (hybrid possible)
  • Compensation: By agreement

What You’ll Do

  • Design & produce the magazine: page layout, visual concepts, style development, and final artwork.
  • Create supporting brand collateral (campaign visuals, ads, landing pages, social assets, e-commerce creatives).
  • Maintain visual consistency across print and digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and product teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
  • Prepare files for digital production (prepress, export specs, accessibility basics).

What You Bring

  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing editorial layout and digital design.
  • Confident presenting ideas, open to feedback, and able to iterate quickly.
  • A solid grasp of typography, grid systems, composition, color, and image treatment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma or similar a plus.
  • Ability to work in—and contribute to—a friendly, fast-moving, team-based environment.
  • Fluent in English.

Why

  • A creative, international environment at the intersection of culture, media, and travel.
  • Real impact on a new European publication from the ground up.

How to Apply

Please send your CV in English and a link to your portfolio to: european@t-2.net
