Buffet Supervisor
Job Mission
The mission of the Buffet Supervisor is to ensure an exceptional dining experience by maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and customer service. The Buffet Supervisor leads the buffet team to deliver efficient operations while ensuring food safety, guest satisfaction, and cost control.
As a Buffet Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee daily buffet setup, operation, and closing procedures.
- Supervise and support buffet staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Train team members on service standards, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage shift schedules and assign duties to team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe buffet environment at all times.
- Support inventory monitoring and report operational issues.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in food service or buffet operations (supervisory experience preferred).
- Speaks good English. Other languages are advantage.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills.
- Has excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Understands food safety and hygiene standards.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Shows a positive attitude and a commitment to high service standards.
