Fusion BPO is looking for Talent Acquisition / Recruiter
  • Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within a defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography
  • Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment Exchanges, recruitment agencies, etc.
  • Should be able to recruit people speaking different languages/bilinguals like German, Spanish, Italian
  • Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline
  • Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure completion within SLA
  • Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at Respective Area
  • Manage Geography stakeholders to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals
  • Ensure proper engagement of candidates during the pre-onboarding phase, for a better employee experience.
  • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Improving and monitoring employee productivity and engaging with heads of department.
  • Min 1 year of previous experience in the field
