Founded in Flying Tiger Copenhagen, the brand has grown into a global retail concept present in markets across Europe and beyond, redefining how customers engage with everyday products through creativity and Scandinavian design.
As part of the Balfin Group, we operate and expand the brand across the Western Balkans, currently present in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia, with ambitious plans for further growth in the region.

Job position: Logistics Specialist
Department: Logistics Department
Location: HQ
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and monitoring import, export, transportation, and customs to ensure timely and cost-efficient product flow for Flying Tiger Copenhagen stores in Western Balkans. This role requires close cooperation with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse, and internal departments to maintain smooth supply chain operations

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and monitoring import, export, transportation, and customs to ensure timely and cost-efficient product flow for Flying Tiger Copenhagen stores in Western Balkans. This role requires close cooperation with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse, and internal departments to maintain smooth supply chain operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates international and domestic shipments from warehouse to stores in Western Balkans;
- Follows up on import and export documentation and ensures the accuracy of shipping documents;
- Communicate daily with freight forwarders, transport companies, and customs agents;
- Monitors shipment status;
- Prepares and manages logistics-related reports, cost tracking, and shipment updates;
- Coordinates customs clearance procedures and supports compliance with local regulations;
- Manage and verify invoices related to transport, customs, and logistics services;
- Supports stock replenishment planning and distribution to stores;
- Identifies logistics issues and proposes operational improvements;
- Accurate records in ERP/internal systems;
- Collaborates with the Finance and Commercial Departments, as well as counterpart functions in the regional countries where Flying Tiger Copenhagen is present;
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field;
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, import-export, or transportation coordination;
- Good knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs documentation;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Energy and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment;
- Accountability in the implementation of company procedures and standards;
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage;
