Summary: The Finance Officer is responsible for monitoring project financials and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of related reports. This role involves controlling the registration of purchase and sales invoices in line with applicable fiscal legislation, maintaining relationships with banks for payments and loans, and preparing the necessary documentation in accordance with procedures. Additionally, the Finance Officer tracks client contracts and payments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper recording of purchase and sales invoices in compliance with fiscal regulations
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis
- Monitor contract implementation and maintain effective communication with suppliers
- Review and analyze monthly income and expenditure in detail
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation
- Process payroll-related accounting entries
- Execute month-end and year-end accounting procedures, including currency revaluation and adjustments
- Support management with any ad-hoc financial or administrative tasks as needed.
Education: University Degree in Finance

- 3–5 years of proven experience in a finance-related role;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Strong initiative, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to perform under pressure;
- Proactive in following up on issues and equipped with solid problem-solving abilities;
- Proficient in accounting software, with strong knowledge of Financa 5;
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Prior experience in a construction or investment company is considered an advantage.
