Field Maintenance Telecom Specialist

Purpose of Position: Installation, Acceptance and Maintenance of Telecom Equipment.

Main Tasks:

  • Perform daily heath check of BTS, PDH/SDH, Multiplexer equipment’s, replace faulty units both in indoor and outdoor part;
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, repair, and resolve malfunctions, defects, and faults of physical infrastructure in mobile network;
  • Perform Acceptance of BTS, Multiplexers, PDH and SDH link installations done by the Contractors and report the deficiencies found during the Acceptance Visits;
  • Coordinate works with FM team to ensure the operation and functionality of the network;
  • Perform tower activities according to the Safety Manual of ONE employee;
  • Flexibility to travel around the country;
  • Performing stand-by duties in scheduled basis as per the internal procedure in ONE.
Education: University Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent;

Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Telecom Equipment Installation or Maintenance;

Skills:
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Very good skills in identifying and solving problems;
  • Valid driving license;
  • Good communication sklills;
  • Available to work over time if necessary.
