Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across our organization. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from strategy and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation optimization—ensuring AI initiatives align with business goals, budget, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for AI adoption strategies.
• Develop project plans, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and IT teams for seamless integration.
• Act as liaison between executives, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Monitor KPIs, create reports, and update senior leadership.
• Oversee training, documentation, and change management.
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
✔ 5+ years in IT project management, incl. 2+ years on AI/ML projects.
✔ Experience delivering complex tech integrations on time & budget.
✔ Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
✔ Familiarity with Jira, Asana, MS Project.
✔ PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
✔ Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
