Barrister Global Services Network is expanding its Technician Assignment Group (TAG) team across Albania and Kosovo. TAG Agents are central to scheduling technicians and ensuring client requests are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Position: Technician Assignment Group (TAG) Agent

🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Summary
The TAG Agent coordinates technician assignments and ensures accurate, timely scheduling. You’ll communicate with both clients and technicians to guarantee smooth service delivery. This is an entry-level role, no prior experience needed, only strong English skills (B2–C1).

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive & process technician assignment requests.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to client sites.
  • Update systems with accurate, timely information.
  • Communicate with clients & technicians for quick resolutions.
Qualifications
  • English proficiency (B2–C1).
  • Good organizational skills.
  • No prior experience required – full training provided!
