We’re Hiring: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Durrës

At Simetrix Solutions, we believe great people build great companies. That’s why we’re expanding our team with an experienced and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple departments—including IT, Customer Solutions, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and more.

This role is critical in shaping the future of our workforce. You'll work closely with hiring managers, lead recruiting initiatives, source top talent, manage interview and offer processes, and help us attract and retain the best professionals in the market.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
✔ Proven success recruiting for diverse corporate and technical positions
✔ Strong understanding of recruiting platforms, ATS systems (Workday is a plus), and labor law compliance
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience in both corporate and agency settings preferred
✔ A strategic mindset with the ability to plan, lead, and innovate recruiting campaigns

You will also:
• Lead recruitment across multiple functions and regions
• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning
• Contribute to diversity programs, university recruiting, and employer branding
• Mentor junior recruiters and optimize talent acquisition performance
• Ensure compliance and maintain reporting dashboards
