We believe that exceptional client experience is the heart of great IT service delivery. That’s why we’re looking for a Client Experience Manager (CEM)—a driven professional who can take ownership of the end-to-end service journey for our national clients.

In this role, you’ll be:
🔹 Serving as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.
🔹 Monitoring SLA performance and using data insights to ensure service excellence.
🔹 Leading escalation management to resolve critical issues quickly and effectively.
🔹 Acting as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs across our teams.
🔹 Collaborating with departments like Dispatch, Call Center, Quality, and Field Services to deliver timely, reliable, and high-quality support.
🔹 Driving process improvements to make every client interaction better than the last.

What we’re looking for:
✔ 3+ years in a client-facing or service delivery role in IT services, managed services, or customer support.
✔ Expertise in SLA compliance, ticketing systems, and escalation protocols.
✔ A problem-solving mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft or Google tools and comfort in fast-paced environments.
