“Nelt” shpk is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:

Position: Technical Director Pharmaceutical Division

Location: Durres


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

· Oversee and manage the entire pharmaceutical import process, including preparation of technical documentation and handling import/export procedures until product release to the market.
· Act as the main contact person for clients regarding product-related matters.
· Ensure full compliance with regulatory authorities for medicines, medical devices, supplements, controlled substances, and other healthcare products.
· Supervise sales and distribution activities in accordance with pharmaceutical legislation.
· Oversee the implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (ISO, GDP, etc.).
· Ensure proper inventory management and accurate tracking of stock movements.
· Supervise storage and distribution in compliance with regulations of relevant authorities (MSH, AKBPM, FSDKSH, Order of Pharmacists, etc.).
· Investigate and document deviations from standard operating procedures.
· Manage pharmaceutical product complaints and the e-depo system.
· Coordinate procedures with regulatory institutions and declare product prices to the Ministry of Health.
· Conduct internal monitoring and audits, implement risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with internal and external procedures.
· Act officially as Technical Director in accordance with all legal requirements governing pharmaceutical activity in Albania.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

1. University degree in Pharmacy.
2. Licensed Pharmacist.
3. Proven experience as Technical Director in a Pharmaceutical Warehouse (Depo Farmaceutike).
4. Very good command of English (written and spoken).
5. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
6. High level of integrity, responsibility, and reliability.
7. Strong communication and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Valid driving license.
