“Nelt” shpk is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:

“Demand Planner”

Location: Durrës


Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and forecast product demand to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Plan and manage replenishment orders, ensuring timely procurement and efficient stock availability.
• Coordinate closely with logistics, sales, and principals to align supply with market needs.
• Analyze sales trends and prepare weekly/monthly forecast reports.
• Maintain data accuracy in planning tools and monitor key performance indicators.
• Support implementation and improvement of demand planning processes.
• Collaborate on promotional activities and inventory planning for marketing materials.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements.

General Requirements:

• University degree (VII education level).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
• Active knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/planning systems is required.
• Basic understanding of financial indicators and reports.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
