We are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent for Our International Client based in Durres. For this post, it is mandatory that you speak English and have some experience in Customer Service or Call Centre setting. Our client operates in the Construction sector and is currently implementing a very big project in Durres.

Responsibilities:
- Support in Customer Service/Sales activity;
- Checking marketing promotion evidence;
- Preparing reports for visible sales and promotions activities;
- Direct communication with stakeholders and partners on need basis;
- Other duties as per the request of the direct supervisor (supporting operational tasks-claiming process);
- Customer Service/Call Centre experience;
- Available to work full time (8:30 – 16:30);
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Excellent organisation, coordination, and time-management skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
