Dental Tourism Agent – English & Italian Durrës Office | Full-Time & Part-Time positions available


About the Role
We are looking for experienced Dental Tourism Agents to join our growing team in Durrës. You’ll be the first point of contact for international patients exploring dental treatment options abroad — guiding them from inquiry to booking with confidence and care.


Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages from prospective patients (UK, Italy, and other markets)
• Explain treatment options, pricing, and travel logistics clearly and persuasively
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Collaborate with the clinical and marketing teams to ensure a smooth patient journey

Requirements

• Previous experience in call center, sales, or customer service (dental/medical tourism experience a strong plus)
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — required
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working from our Durrës office
• Available for full-time or part-time shifts

Descrizione del Ruolo
Stiamo cercando Agenti per il Turismo Dentale con esperienza per unirsi al nostro team in crescita a Durazzo. Sarai il primo punto di contatto per i pazienti internazionali interessati a soluzioni di cura dentale all’estero, accompagnandoli con sicurezza e attenzione dal primo contatto fino alla prenotazione.

Responsabilità

• Gestire chiamate e messaggi in entrata e in uscita con potenziali pazienti (mercato UK, Italia e altri)
• Spiegare in modo chiaro e persuasivo le opzioni di trattamento, i prezzi e la logistica del viaggio
• Seguire i contatti (lead) e trasformarli in prenotazioni confermate
• Collaborare con il team clinico e marketing per garantire un percorso fluido al paziente

Requisiti

• Esperienza pregressa in call center, vendite o servizio clienti (esperienza nel turismo dentale/medico è un plus)
• Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano (scritto e parlato) — richiesta
• Ottime capacità comunicative e persuasive
• Disponibilità a lavorare presso il nostro ufficio a Durazzo
• Disponibilità per turni full-time o part-time
