Digital Trade Engagement System & Content Development Executive
Location: Tirana, Albania
About the role:
Execute and monitor Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) platform in dealing with tobacco products in preselected touchpoints, via an online mobile application while providing services in accordance with list and instructions provided by authorized representatives of the DTE platform. Improve activities to grow effectiveness of platform and ensure continuous enhancement in this area. DTE Specialist will work closely with the Lead – DTE on cross-functional projects and be responsible for identifying the scope of Digital Trade Engagement and analyzing the use of existing DTE process and tools or identifying new tools functionalities support the project requirements.

About the role:

List of job responsibilities:
- Become key contact person and market coordinator for DTE AL platform, monitor, improve and track the application functionality in close collaboration with IT team
- Contribution in media plan enrich, trade compliance check and improvement of reporting
- Creation and dispatch of different tasks for retailers based on Media Plan delivered from Marketing &Trade Activation Team
- Innovating and enhancing systems to create an engaging and visually captivating user experience through continuous improvements and upgrade
- Optimization and acceleration of application
- Collaboration with various cross-functional teams like trade, field force and third parties to develop digital tools and platform functionality that supports different commercial initiatives.
- Understand and implement DTE rewarding system and control and maintain the contract with retailers, and vendors for DTE Rewards
- Preferable 2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital or IT
- You have bachelor degree or you are on final year of studies in Marketing, Digital or IT
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating System
- Experience with Sales force will be considers as advantage
- Experience with Java & CSS Descript technologies is a plus
- Experience with Canvas and Photoshop will be considered as advantage
- Experience with Learning Management Systems will be considered as advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Albanian
