Location: Remote - Tirana

We are an international food & beverage company based in Italy, growing fast across Europe and beyond.

We are looking for a smart, practical, and proactive person to support the growth of our digital marketing activities and online sales channels — with the goal of supporting the company’s commercial expansion internationally.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the management of digital marketing activities across different channels
• Work on the optimization of online visibility and conversion paths
• Help in the generation of qualified business leads
• Contribute to the positioning of selected products on international platforms
• Support the creation and optimization of marketing materials
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team
• Monitor and report key marketing KPIs

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Solid experience in digital marketing / online sales
• Ability to manage advertising platforms and/or online commercial platforms
• Experience in lead generation is a plus
• Strong analytical and result-oriented mindset
• Highly organized, fast learner, and detail-oriented
• Clear communication and strong time management
• Previous experience in digital marketing is required
