Teleperformance EMEA IT organization is looking for a Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst
As a Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst, you will be on the front line of our digital defense across our global infrastructure.
You will work closely with our Cyber Defense Center (CDC) and other tech teams to ensure rapid containment, mitigation, and recovery from cyber threats.

As a Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst, you will be on the front line of our digital defense across our global infrastructure.
You will work closely with our Cyber Defense Center (CDC) and other tech teams to ensure rapid containment, mitigation, and recovery from cyber threats.
Your responsibilities
- Investigate suspicious activities, identify indicators of compromise, and perform root cause analysis.
- Contain and remediate security incidents to minimize impact.
- Collaborate with wider security, network, and system teams to improve detection and response capabilities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Incident Response Playbook.
Your background
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity incident response, Security Operations, or digital forensics.
- Experienced in preparing structured, high-quality post-incident reports.
- Strong knowledge of IT security principles, incident handling methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Chronicle, or similar.
- Familiarity with malware analysis and endpoint detection tools.
- Good understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira (Atlassian), ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Bonus to have:
- Certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, CNSS or similar.
- Experience in scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Self-managed and motivated.
