- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Present and promote our services to property owners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and close service agreements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable using CRM systems.
