BAR MANAGER​

Scope: Hotel
Reports To: F&B Manager
Department: Food & Beverage

Mission​

To oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent guest service, high beverage quality, efficient team performance, and achievement of revenue and profitability goals.

What will you have to do?​

• Manage daily bar operations and service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the bar team.
• Ensure high standards of beverage quality and guest satisfaction.
• Control inventory, ordering, and beverage costs.
• Monitor sales and support revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the bar.

What are we looking for?​

• 3+ years of experience in bar operations, including a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Experience with inventory control and cost management.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
