As we are opening our new branch in Albania, we will need a partner to work with a team on the local market, but having a regional and global impact also.

Responsibilities/What you will do:
  • you will communicate with the local authorities, such as law companies, embassies, and others, related to government policies, certifications, licenses, and others to guarantee the Company’s functioning and operation
  • participate in the tendering and contractual procedures, processes, and arrangements, such as for office technique, consumptives, and materials, internet supplier, courier and security services, etc.
  • administrate and manage all the incoming and outgoing company mail and administrative documentation, prepare various reports, manage business trips and travel arrangements, including scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
Our candidate has/Requirements:
  • a degree, related to the job title and relevant to the field
  • computer literacy
  • English literacy, both written and spoken
  • good communication skills
