Lagardère Travel Retail is one of the world's leading travel retail operators, managing retail, food & beverage, and convenience concepts across airports, railway stations, and other travel hubs in more than 40 countries.As part of the continued expansion of our operations at Tirana International Airport, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Logistics team.
About the Role
The Warehouse Assistant supports the daily warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate receiving, storage, preparation, and distribution of goods. This role is essential in maintaining stock accuracy, warehouse organization, and compliance with company safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Prepare, pack, label, load, and dispatch orders according to operational schedules.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in stock counts and inventory audits.
- Organize products and optimize warehouse space to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment in line with company Health & Safety standards.
- Support the warehouse and logistics team with daily operational activities and perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or vocational qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Experience operating a forklift (pirun); a valid forklift license/certification is considered an advantage.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, distribution, or logistics environments is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic computer skills; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
Working Conditions
Location: Tirana Business Park / Tirana International Airport Warehouse
Working Hours- Full-time – 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 – 17:00
