ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an immediate opening for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing international team.
Our ideal candidate is a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design. The role will entail:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Continuously seek out ways to improve the processes, practice, and culture of the Design team.
  • Be able to gather user pain points from users within a UX/UI framework and effectively implement initiatives to constantly improve these user experiences.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to detail product and business needs and requirements.
  • Develop, test, and refine our user experience for both our web and mobile applications.
  • Create storyboards, mockups, and prototypes for the purpose of communicating interaction design.
  • Report to the Product Manager and work closely with other product owners to ensure the ultimate customer experience.
KEY SKILLS

  • You have 3+ years of relevant UX/UI design jobs (or equivalent) experience
  • Excellent understanding of end-user-oriented UX/UI
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools
  • Working with Sketch, AdobeXD, and InVision
SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Ability to follow the project requirements
  • Proactive communication
  • User experience-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Comfortable with a multicultural environment
