Job position: Digital Champion
Location: Tirana, Head Office
Summary: To provide personalized support to company’s employees through the provision of 1:1 support and group workshops. Build digital culture based on best practices and assist in implementing digital initiatives of the company and BG wherever there are intersections between the two.
Principal responsibilities:
- Liaise with the company’s CEO, Innovative Team and Chief Digital Officer to be matched with digital transformation strategy for whom the Digital Champion is placed to provide support (based on interests, skills and competencies and personal objectives).
- Understand the specific needs and goals of the individual engaging with support, including their existing confidence and skills.
-Using existing templates and resources, create personalized session plans for individual employees to support them to meet their goals.
- Deliver 1:1 support and group workshops with each of the company’s employees to assess, develop their digital skills and make them confident.
- Focus on delivering value and fulfilling the KPI as per assessment performance template, where important is following the innovative lifecycle stages: create as many digital ideas as possible, validate them, prioritize them, implement them, and continues monitoring the implemented projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Business informatics, or similar
- Work Experiences: 2 years’ experience in similar business domain in any related position, where applied Innovative modelling, business models, MVP, ROI, PM, Teaching, etc.
- Additional qualifications:
• Confident using different digital platforms, including ERP, CRM, e-Commerce phones.
• Knowledge of various innovative approach and a wide range of popular technics and tools.
• Good teaching skills, including the ability to create effective session plans based on the needs of the company and using existing templates as guidance.
• Ability to perform basic business process requirement analyses.
- Additional skills:
- Digital literacy, trainings of any business platform
- Training or experience with BPMN, PM, or similar
- Use of related tools such as collaborative and communication platforms.
- Willingness to understand the issues and barriers affecting employees, customers and the company itself, specifically with regards to digital skills and digital initiatives.
