- Lead projects to develop marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and long-term strategies;
- Manage brand resources and processes to enable consistent brand delivery;
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies;
- Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals;
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to support the organization's growth by developing content marketing and demand generation strategies that drive awareness and engagement with the Kraco's;
- Brand Responsible for digital marketing;
- Provide insight and analysis on the value and potential of new marketing platforms and emerging marketing channels;
- Collaborates closely with web development to optimize website content and conversions;
- Work with the Marketing Team to develop a centralized marketing calendar to include, social media and email campaigns, overseeing their full life cycle, including: creative/copy development, data segmentation, and reporting/analysis;
- Create and supply marketing collateral, merchandise and promotion collateral to each event, measuring and evaluating impact on recruitment and brand awareness.
- University of Tirana, Marketing / Business Administration or similar profiles;
- Previous experience in Marketing, Distribution, Retail;
- Very good communication skills, building successful relationships with clients;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
- Be flexible and cooperative.
